Traveling as Couple
I loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking valet parking is $30. If you don't want to pay $30 for valet parking, park one block down the street for $5-$8 day. Also, sign up for guest services, it's free and get free Wi-Fi in your room and a free drink delivered to your room every morning. Great hotel, we had a nice stay. The room could have been a little bigger and I don't like looking at the snacks I don't want under the TV! Otherwise was wonderful!

Staff was very helpful, but I kept having to call for the benefits of the select guest membership! they forgot the bottle of water at turn down, forgot the door knob card for ordering complimentary beverages in the morning; forgot to deliver it as requested the next morning. The staff and hotel in general were over the top. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Staying here enhanced our visit to L.A.

I am staying in Omni for 2 nights, the overall experience was great. The staffs are generally polite and helpful. the staff spent some time to help me to book the LA Lakers game. But my special appreciation to the staff at reception, so when I checked out. I arranged the airport shuttle to pick me up but it had not arrived after 30min waiting. Then I talked to the guy at front desk and he was helpful, polite and acting professionally to my complaint (though I was a little angry about the situation since the hotel could not find my reservation).
